Expanding on our recently released traditional Kölsch is our Hoppy Kölsch -- can you guess what we added here? To be fair, we kept the dry hop pretty subtle, with just a minimal amount of Motueka (for a burst of lime), and Hersbrucker (to create noble-leaning, floral spice notes). 

What it smell like, what it tastes like: Overall, this version is still just as quaffable as the original Kölsch -- light,  just slightly more robust in the aromatic hop department.
