FOH Supervisor
Bellwoods Brewery is looking for a hospitality-driven full-time FOH Supervisor for our Ossington brewpub location in Toronto. We are passionate about the beer and beverages we create, the exceptional food we serve, and the memorable guest experiences we deliver. Reporting to the General Manager, a FOH Supervisor supports the day-to-day operation of the brewpub, mentors the Front of House team, and serves as a lead decision-maker on the floor. As a highly visible leader, you will set the tone for service, support and develop the team, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure Bellwoods’ hospitality standards are consistently upheld.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact, leading floor shifts, ensuring smooth service flow, maintaining high standards, and addressing guest feedback and concerns.
- Support the GM with staff training, onboarding and team development.
- Mentor FOH team members, helping build confidence, accountability, and strong service skills.
- Manage cash handling, POS reconciliation, and daily operational procedures.
- Maintain and promote strong knowledge of Bellwoods beer, beverage and food offerings, ensuring menus and team communications remain accurate and up to date.
Qualifications:
- 3 years previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced hospitality or brewpub environment.
- Effective communication, leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Proficiency with POS systems, Google Sheets/Excel, and cash reconciliation.
- Ability to be on your feet for long periods and safely lift heavy objects in a fast-paced environment.
- Open, full-time availability seven days a week (Monday-Sunday), including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
- Valid SmartServe Certification is required; First Aid/CPR is an asset.

Compensation: $19.60/hour
