Grandma’s Boy is a Wild Ale blend made in the Bellwoods solera style. Repeatedly, foeder aged beer is blended with a small percentage of fresh beer to create something spritzy and layered, with brett character, stone fruit flavour, and soft minerality. This variant is conditioned on fresh purple plums from Warner's Farm, which were processed by our team's very own hands here at the brewery (so we can absolutely say it was made with love.).
