Our plan is for An IPA to be a creative outlet for our Ossington brewery to further explore the wonderful world of hoppy beers. For this first batch of An IPA we used Foggy London yeast, a slightly adjusted malt bill from most of our IPAs, and an increased dry-hop with some familiar (Citra & Mosaic), and not so familiar (Sabro) hops. 

ABV: 7.3%
