Xoloveza is a beer collab with Chocosol Traders in celebration of Day of the Dead.

Xoloveza is the passion project of one of our territory account managers, Mario, who wanted to brew a beer inspired by his home country of Mexico and pay homage to the Day of the Dead. The meaning of Xoloveza derives from "Xoloitzcuintle" (a Mexican hairless dog believed to guide souls to the next world) and "cerveza" (which means beer in Spanish).

Xoloveza is an Imperial Stout made with vanilla, cinnamon, cacao nibs, habanero peppers, rosita de cacao - and a whole lot of love.
