This fresh DIPA gets a boost from Phantasm -- the elusive sauv-blanc-derived, thiol-rich powder said to enhance citrusy hop aroma. The esteemed hop product was developed by Jos Ruffell of Garage Project, to help beer reach new heights, depths, and dimensions.

This is our third release that utilizes Phantasm, and we love the extra tropical oomph it provides.
