Loosey Goosey is our first collaboration with Blue Goose Farm.

We set out to create a beer that would showcase an eclectic harvest from the Ontario countryside, and after taste tests we honed in on an eclectic duo of purple shiso — a citrusy, minty herb — and tender beets in a refreshing Table Beer style. 

The result is delicate, light, and almost aperitif-like! Soft notes of sweet beet are balanced by a dry body, with subtle herbal aromatics, and a vibrant ruby hue. It’s a *true* farm-to-table beer that highlights locally harvested ingredients, earthly delights, and TEAMWORK.
