Though we're not a hugely traditional bunch, we appreciate the occasional foray into styles from yesteryear. Our new Gose from the brewpub is a simple expression of two main elements -- acid and salt -- in a subtle, easy drinking format. In this particular version, we also added a sizeable dose of fresh lemongrass. 

What it smells like, what it tastes like: Very light bodied and refreshing with subtle sour, salty notes, and zingy lemongrass.
