Our first in what will be a series of fruited goses with lactose, this beer is soured and salted and left to condition on large amounts of blood orange puree and vanilla.

What it smells and tastes like: Juicy orange and subtle vanilla notes dominate the aroma and lead into flavours of slightly tart melted orange creamsicle.
