FRILLS is our newest IPA series that will lean into the opulence of hops and all that they can do. In the past, we’ve used various hop products to enhance some of our existing brands, but we’ve never had a series specifically dedicated to using them…that’s where FRILLS comes in! FRILLS will allow our brewers to further explore and experiment with these new flavour-boosting hop products, and will include a 6.5% ABV beer as the base. 

This installment utilizes experimental YCH 701 Simcoe - a concentrated liquid hop product that amplifies hop aromatics - plus Rakau, Citra and Motueka hops, and features notes of Sunny D, strawberry jam, and grapefruit zest.
