This strong stout was brewed in tandem with our friends at Left Field Brewery. Sticking to the same recipe, we collectively brewed a batch here at Bellwoods and a batch over at Left Field with only a few minor changes such as the coffee roaster and brewing temperatures. Both very similar, but unique enough to give both a shot side by side.

What it smells like, what it tastes like: Massive aromas of coffee beans, toasted coconut and chocolate lead into a full-bodied, chewy mouthfeel with even more coffee and coconut coming through in the flavour. Allowing the beer to warm slightly brings out even more coffee and coconuts aromas.
