A special edition of our classic Farmhouse Saison that has undergone a secondary fermentation with Brett Lambicus and liberally dry-hopped with both Noble and American hop varieties. This edition of our Farmhouse Classic showcases plenty of Brett funk and floral hop aromas with more subtle notes of leather, mild pepper and lemongrass.
