Brewing small batch pale ales at our Ossington location has proven to be a delicious experiment in both technique and ingredients. The most recent chapter features three old world hops. Laid atop a similar malt bill to Jutsu, these three hops combine forces and deliver an extremely crushable pale ale with just the right amount of bitterness.

What it smell like, what it tastes like: Flavours and aromas of cut grass, peach skin and freshly peeled oranges. A very soft body and low bitterness reveal a herbaceous note on the finish that adds depth to this summer thirst quencher.
