Cutting Bells is a revisited collaborative beer with Trillium Brewing Company out of Boston. Our first time brewing this honey-laden DIPA was back in October of 2017, when 6000+ cans sold out in 24 hours 😮. We figured it was time to re-up the supply.

Hoppy, slightly sweet, and tied to the Ontario terroir, Cutting Bells is the perfect mashup of US and Canadian DIPAs.  It features notes of tropical mango, juicy pineapple, fresh berries and meadow flowers.
