Our annual (so long as we didn’t open a production facility that year) imperial stout aged in cognac barrels has emerged from oak classy as ever, ready to impress in a glass near you.

The 2018 edition is infinitely decadent, rich, and velvety. It balances notes of dark chocolate, toasted oak, roasted malts, freshly baked cookies, field berries, and vanilla -- and pairs well with sweet, savoury, or mundane things.
