On hiatus since 2015, we present the 2017 edition of our infinitely delectable imperial stout, Bring Out Your Dead. Delicious fresh but suitable for aging, this colossal ale is one of the brightest stars to be born of our barrel program and we are overjoyed to share it with you. 

After spending a year in cognac barrels, this rendition of our beloved BOYD emerges, flaunting aromatics of rich, dark chocolate, macerated berries and toasted oak. Decadent and viscous, BOYD rolls across the palate suggesting coconut, vanilla and smouldering pipe tobacco. A long finish places the cognac front and centre, while its silky body leaves footprints of liquorice and espresso on the tongue long after your last sip is gone.
