We enlisted the help of Brienne Allen (Head Brewer at Notch in Salem, MA) to make this unique, collab lager brewed with copious amounts of sake rice. With an easy ABV of 3.5%, a pale, rice-heavy malt bill, and restrained floral hop aromatics, it’s quite possibly the lightest, crispiest, lageriest lager we’ve ever made. 

What it tastes like, what it smells like: Light and crisp, with medium bitterness, and floral hop aromatics.
