Using Taras Boulba as inspiration, we joined forces with the talented Yvan of De La Senne for another collaboration brew. Our aim? To make something highly drinkable and refreshing, with huge hop aroma and a firm bitterness. We focused on lesser used American hop varieties Williamette and Sterling, and fermented it with our house IPA strain to create a fluffy, 5%, thing of beauty, perfect for the patio that exists inside your head, 365 days a year.
