An Oat Cream IPA (Amarillo, Mosaic and Simcoe)

Oat Cream IPA w/ Amarillo, Mosaic and Simcoe
7.3% ALC./VOL.
473mL

We're continuing our exploration of hop combinations in IPA form, but with a twist!

Oat Cream refers to the addition of extra oats (often present in beer) and lactose (a less-frequent flyer). These two elements combine to create a silky smooth, full-bodied beer that is at once hugely hoppy and not overly bitter, providing you with great opportunity to use the term "velvety mouthfeel".

Brewed with Amarillo, Mosaic and Simcoe hops, this second foray into the world of Oat Cream IPAs serves up notes of

Mango, Sweet Cream, and Strawberry Jelly Donuts.
