A Pale Ale is the beer equivalent of a sudden August downpour that breaks the heat and highlights how nice it feels to breathe the air when it’s not at 90% humidity — an analogy that I thought of earlier today, during a sudden August downpour.

Brewed with a neutral yeast that lets the hops do the talking — Loral, in this instance — this beer is bright, crisp, clear and refreshing, with notes of jasmine, orange marmalade and fresh dandelion.
