Here’s the science behind it: the addition of nitrogen (which is less soluble than carbon dioxide) allows the bubbles to fall rather than rise, giving the beer a silky, creamy texture and a fuller mouthfeel. Combine that with simple roasted malts, sub 5% ABV, and a roasty, dry flavour profile and you’re in for a treat.
For maximum nitrogen enjoyment and effectiveness, give the can two nice shakes and pour vigorously into a tall glass you like drinking out of. You know what to do after that.
